MindSpa Psychiatry & Therapy serves Miami and Miami-Dade County adults entirely through secure telehealth. Our Florida-licensed clinicians provide mental health evaluations, medication management, therapy, and adult ADHD testing by HIPAA-compliant video from anywhere in the state. Our Miami-area office sits in Palmetto Bay, in south Miami-Dade, and exists for licensing only; no patient ever drives there. You do not sit on US-1, you do not fight the Palmetto Expressway for a 20-minute follow-up, and you do not chase parking in Coral Gables. Most new patients are scheduled within the same week. We are in-network with Aetna, Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare, Oscar, Oxford, and TRICARE.

Every visit is delivered by a board-certified Florida PMHNP over a private, encrypted video call. You see the same clinician at every follow-up, and any prescription is routed the same day to a pharmacy convenient to you, whether you live in Kendall, Pinecrest, Doral, or anywhere else across the county.
TOVA® is an FDA-cleared, objective attention measurement we use as one part of a complete adult ADHD workup. It informs the clinical interview and validated rating scales, never replaces them.
