Yes. Our providers are nurse practitioners or doctors with extensive experience in psychiatric care. They gather your history, create personalized treatment plans, and follow up typically every 1–12 weeks based on your needs.
Most patients use insurance for copayments and deductibles. Without insurance, initial evaluations cost $200 and follow-up sessions are $150.
No, MindSpa does not currently accept Medicare or Medicaid.
Currently accepted insurers include Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, Oxford, and Oscar. We are actively expanding our network to include more providers.

Our staff confirms your preferred pharmacy before your visit. Providers then send prescriptions electronically so they are ready for pickup.
Yes, the goal is continuity of care with one provider to build a strong therapeutic relationship. If needed, switches can be accommodated based on your preference and provider availability.
Staff will call the day before to confirm and help set up your patient portal. Fifteen minutes before your appointment, they will verify your video link and may ask some health questions before the provider joins.
