General Information

What does MindSpa do? +

MindSpa, LLC is an outpatient psychiatric practice that treats patients within Florida with uncomplicated behavioral and substance use disorders. We serve adults over 18 with concerns including depression, anxiety, insomnia, PTSD, ADHD, and OCD, primarily via telemedicine.

No. For psychiatric crises, suicidal thoughts, or severe symptoms, please call 911, the crisis hotline at (305) 358-HELP, or visit your nearest Emergency Room immediately.

Will I talk with a real doctor? +

Yes. Our providers are nurse practitioners or doctors with extensive experience in psychiatric care. They gather your history, create personalized treatment plans, and follow up typically every 1–12 weeks based on your needs.
