For at least 4 hours before the TOVA test, avoid nicotine, caffeine, stimulants, depressants, sleep aids, and large amounts of sugar. You should also be well-rested and not fatigued at the time of testing.
Yes. TOVA is validated for ages 4 through 80+.
No. The actual test must be done in our office in Boynton. All follow-up appointments can be done via telehealth, but the actual testing requires in-person.
