About Jeanette Geraci
Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Florida

Do you find it difficult to regulate your moods and emotions? Struggling with low self-confidence, self-image, or unsatisfying relationships? Haunted by past experiences, grief, or trauma? Many of us recognize our suffering but feel uncertain about its source, while others know exactly where the pain comes from yet feel powerless to heal on our own. Therapy offers a pathway forward — a chance to gain insight, build tools, and begin creating the life you truly want.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Florida and earned my Master of Social Work from Florida Atlantic University. I spent five years working in the substance use treatment field, including three years at a facility dedicated to serving the LGBTQIA+ population. This experience shaped my commitment to providing affirming, inclusive, and trauma-informed care for individuals, couples, and families from all walks of life.
My specialties include working with those struggling with substance use disorders and process addictions such as eating disorders and sexual addiction, as well as individuals navigating trauma, identity exploration, grief, and relationship concerns. My practice is informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I also integrate holistic mind–body approaches and welcome creative expression — such as art, journaling, or poetry — as part of the therapeutic process when it feels helpful.
