MindSpa, LLC is an outpatient psychiatric practice in Florida, treating adults over 18 for depression, anxiety, insomnia, PTSD, ADHD, and OCD, primarily through telemedicine.
Our qualified providers will gather your history, create a treatment plan, and follow up based on your needs.

MindSpa is not suitable for psychiatric crises; in such cases, contact emergency services
Most patients use insurance for visits, covering copays, deductibles, and co-insurance fees; contact your insurer for details. Uninsured? Initial evaluations are $200, and follow-ups are $150. We don’t accept Medicare or Medicaid but are expanding our insurance network. Currently, we accept Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, Tricare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Oxford, and Oscar.
If you start feeling “off” or experience symptoms affecting your mental health, seek help early to prevent them from worsening. Even if unsure, it’s worth checking. Scheduling a visit is easy: call our office or fill out the contact form in the Contact Us section on our website. We will arrange an appointment that fits your schedule.
Our providers are qualified to assess patients and prescribe medication. After evaluating your symptoms and diagnosing, the provider will discuss treatment options with you to choose the best one. Before your visit, a staff member will confirm your pharmacy details. Medications will then be sent electronically to your pharmacy for pickup.
We will match you with a suitable provider; if a change is needed, inform a staff member. A staff member will confirm your visit, help set up your portal, and handle consents. 15 minutes before your visit, office staff will ensure your video link works and gather initial health information. The provider will then join the session.
